چکیده

An increase in technical requirements related to the prediction of mechanical properties steel engineering components requires a deep understanding relations which exist between microstructure, chemical composition and properties. This paper is dedicated research relation hardness with temperature isothermal decomposition austenite. When setting equations for predicting microstructure constituents, it was assumed that: (1) The pearlite depends on carbon content undercooling below critical temperature, (2) martensite primarily its content, (3) bainite can be that untempered same steel. estimation constituents’ after austenite have been proposed. By comparison predicted using mathematical model experimental results, concluded considered low-alloy steels could successfully by proposed model.

Cellular automaton simulation of microstructure evolution during austenite decomposition under continuous cooling conditions

A two-dimensional diffusion based model is developed to describe transformation of austenite into ferrite and pearlite under continuous cooling conditions. The nucleation of ferrite is assumed to occur over grain boundaries and the nucleation of pearlite is assumed to be taking place all over the grain and at growing ferrite–austenite interfaces, when the composition and temperature conditions ...

the effect of taftan pozzolan on the compressive strength of concrete in the environmental conditions of oman sea (chabahar port)

cement is an essential ingredient in the concrete buildings. for production of cement considerable amount of fossil fuel and electrical energy is consumed. on the other hand for generating one tone of portland cement, nearly one ton of carbon dioxide is released. it shows that 7 percent of the total released carbon dioxide in the world relates to the cement industry. considering ecological issu...
